Specialist building services provider Argus Fire has secured the right to install the most innovative and sustainable fire protection equipment in the world.
The UK’s leading independent fire protection and detection systems provider is one of only four contractors to have been signed up as a reseller of Project Fire technology.
Project Fire, based at Hixon in Staffordshire, produces a range of innovative cost, water and carbon reducing products that comply with all local and international safety standards.
These include Zonecheck Addressable, the world’s first life safety approved fire sprinkler detection system with automatic flow-switch testing, which provides a 100% saving in water usage and water replenishment energy and avoidance of any disruption compared with traditional manual checks.
Other ground-breaking products include the Zonecheck water flow switch testing system, the Bellcheck automatic alarm valve testing system, Gemini pre-action sprinklers for sensitive areas, and the revolutionary Livetap system that can carry out live sprinkler system modifications.
Stourbridge-based Argus Fire was selected as one of the UK’s largest sprinkler design and installation companies with Level 4 standard approval from the Loss Prevention Certification Board (LPCB).
Stuart Cain, a Director of Project Fire, said: “Argus Fire offered the specialist factory trained skills that we required to install and commission our approved solutions, as well as the site programming and after sales support needed to maintain our range of products especially our addressable technology.”
