Bob Kelly is the General Manager of Trelleborg Applied Technologies, Boston, a high-tech manufacturing facility located in Boston, Massachusetts, US. He is a graduate of Westfield State University with a B.S. in finance. Prior to joining Trelleborg, Bob worked in Southern California in the printed circuit board and marine industries, focused on management and international manufacturing, key involvements included the international relations with sites in the US, Europe and Asia. Bob is a frequent speaker at global conferences for both the Fire safety and Oceanographic markets. Most recently Bob has been leading the engineering, development and testing of new materials specifically designed for use in the storage of hydrocarbons globally, to prevent fires and reduce environmental impacts associated with the storage of hydrocarbons. When Bob is not working or traveling, he enjoys spending time with his family surfing, snowboarding, wakeboarding and golfing.
